Terms of Service

1. Description of the Service

AutoViz provides a 3D vehicle simulator and an AI-based photo simulation, delivered as an embeddable widget on the Customer's website.

Available features and limits depend on the subscribed plan and may change as we improve the Service.

2. Account Registration

To use the Service you must create an account with accurate information and keep it up to date. You must be at least 18 years old or an authorized representative of a company.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out under your account.

3. Plans, Subscriptions and Billing

The Service is offered on a recurring subscription basis processed by our payment provider, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges according to the plan and billing period you select.

The subscription is paid from sign-up and charged immediately. There is no free trial; if one is granted as a courtesy, it converts automatically into a paid subscription at its end unless cancelled beforehand. Prices may change with reasonable prior notice.

4. Photo Simulation Credits

Each AI image generation consumes the monthly quota included in your plan or separately purchased prepaid credits.

Prepaid credits are non-refundable and may expire within the period stated at the time of purchase.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard; access remains active until the end of the period already paid for.

Except where mandatory consumer law applies, recurring amounts already invoiced are not refunded on a pro-rata basis.

6. Acceptable Use

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• use the Platform for unlawful purposes or in ways that infringe third-party rights;
• upload photos of identifiable people or vehicles without proper authorization or legal basis;
• copy, resell, sublicense or reverse-engineer the Service without authorization;
• overload, circumvent usage limits, or interfere with the security or operation of the Platform.

7. Content and Intellectual Property

The 3D models, trademarks and other Platform assets are owned by AutoViz or its licensors and are licensed to you solely for use within the Service.

You are responsible for the content you process (including end-customer photos) and represent that you hold the necessary rights and consents.

8. Photo Simulation — Illustrative Nature

Results generated by artificial intelligence are approximate and illustrative only. Real colors, finishes and materials may differ from what is displayed.

Simulations do not constitute a guarantee of the final result of wrapping, PPF or window-tint services.

9. Availability and Support

We use reasonable efforts to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Scheduled maintenance and third-party provider failures (for example, AI services and hosting) may temporarily affect availability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoViz is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or data loss arising from the use of or inability to use the Service.

AutoViz's total liability is limited to the amount actually paid by the Customer in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or applicable law. You may close your account at any time.

12. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated, and continued use after they take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. The courts of Feira de Santana/BA shall have jurisdiction, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
